♥C is for cool and classy Cinderella♥

One of the loveliest of Disney characters ever created, in my opinion. Cinderella was always a favorite character of mine, even though her movie is not my favorite. Also, she's blonde, and being blonde myself just makes me like her all the more ;) She gets to wear the awesomest dress ever, talks to mice, and has a prince who's determined to find her (how romantic!). Thus, she's cool and classy, and now you may prepare yourself for yet another picture overload. ;)

B is for...Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study Girl!!

Okay, okay, not really. Actually, this post is going to be more about the author of the book "Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study Girl"...Lysa TerKeurst!

So this lovely woman was at our church for a women's conference these past two days! Awesomely, the leader of the small group I'm in wanted a few of us teenage girls to be involved, so she arranged for me and a couple of others to go, and I am so grateful for that.

Lysa has the most incredible story...and I wish I could tell it to you, but I just can't do it justice! I looked all over the interweb, and found nothing that you could read or listen to (booo), but to very much summarize it, for the first 20 or so years of her life, things were crazy rough. In all honesty, I cannot even imagine going through the things that she went through. To put it simply, who she is today is just miraculous. It's almost hard for me to comprehend that she could go through so much, and come out so beautifully.

But the thing is, Lysa speaks with such emotion, such power in her voice...she is a master storyteller, though she is telling her own story. She draws you in, and has you hanging on her each and every word, picturing vividly the imagery in her stories, your heart tangled up in what's going on...and my goodness, my gracious. There were probably eight separate times during the conference that I had to hold back all-out sobs.

I was so blessed by this woman, and what she had to share...and obviously, I took some seriously detailed notes ;) So I may just share a few things with you that she shared with us!

Now of course, these are all in credit to Lysa TerKeurst, not me, haha; I only wrote them in my little notebook ;)

~When the Messiah touches our mess, it becomes a message to a dying world.

~The mess that you're in is "temporary training" that will make you into the woman that you are meant to be.

~Our reactions determine SO MUCH: we shouldn't measure our reach by our actions, but our reactions.

~2 Chronicles 20:12 "For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you." = We do not know what to do, what to say, but our eyes are on Jesus. Even in the most horrible of circumstances, our eyes are fixed on Jesus.

So those are only a very few of my notes. I don't want to push it with sharing something that isn't exactly mine? Yeah, I'm weird like that. But, they're the ones that stuck out to me most at this moment...of course, they'd probably make more sense had you been there, haha...but they're still wonderful things to remember!

Anyways, you guys should check her out, if you haven't already. She's an incredible woman of God, and I was very, very blessed by her...I think in more ways than I even realize yet!

I have yet to read any of her books, but I definitely have plans to ;) But I'm pretty excited because she has a blog on her website that I'm definitely going to sit down and read one of these days!

So guys, I'm joining in on the A to Z challenge, hosted by Arlee Bird! The idea is that every day in April, excluding Sundays, you post on something that has to do with the letter of that day (going from A to Z, of course). So since today is A...why not post on Ariel??? (And I'm so tempted to find a Disney character or reference each day...but I shall refrain!!!)She's for sure one of my very favorite Disney characters. She's so fun, and peppy, and adventurous, and determined! Granted, she doesn't necessarily set the best example, considering she practically sells her soul to a sea witch....which is just a little bit creepy *cough*.But either way, she's got one of the best Disney movies there is, so that gives her some major points ;DIn fact, I feel like watching it now, after searching for quotes and pictures. Also, I'm pretty sure I'll be singing "Kiss the Girl" for the rest of the day; I feel as if it's permanently stuck in my head ;)And oh yes, here I go with getting crazy with pictures again, hehehee. I just watched Tangled again (of course!) Our dear father bought it as a treat for us :)

I think my heart is going to explode.

No joke, my little heart was hurting (and occasionally laughing) the entire time, from the beginning to the (almost) end.

But getting to the end is totally worth it, since it's such a beautiful ending :)

Now, for your viewing pleasure, and since you know how much I love picture posts...also since this is pretty much my new favorite Disney movie...voila!

Her eyes are so intense. His eyes are so intense! Even the chameleon's eyes are intense! Whoa.

Ah, to have hair like that! You'd never have to be cold again ;D

Are you not entertained?? By puppies? Hehehee ;D

So I get on the computer to do some much needed work on a paper for school. But, instead of going straight to Microsoft Word, I go to the internet. Why, oh why? Thus, the rabbit trails begin!

1. I start out on K-Love. Why not have some tunes playing in the background while I do my work?

2. Their video of the day is The City Harmonic's Manifesto live. And I mean, I have to watch it!!

3. Then, I'm curious. I want to see more by them live! So I go to Youtube.

4. I find the video I'm looking for! It's pretty snazzy. So now I can go work..right?

5. Nope. The top suggested video on the left-hand side is this one:

and thus, the next gazillion minutes of my life are spent watching videos of this dog!!! But oh my goodness, I feel about a million times happier than I did before I watched them! Ooooh the laughter!

Loook at the puppy!! *squeal* I just wanna pick her up and cuddle with her!!

You should just go check out her owners' channel on YouTube here and be entertained for like, hours. Oh, but that's just Mishka (the big husky)'s channel...there's also one for Laika (the husky puppy) and Moki (the other...nonhusky!) Sooo much joy and fun and giggles ;)

And in conclusion, just because it's adorable....watch this, and let your hearts be touched!
